This October at our annual Halloween party we gave a prize to the best dressed ghoul in town. Can you guess who won the award for best fancy dress?

There were spellbooks and plush pumpkins made at our craft and chat group, battleaxes and swords from our prop-making workshop, and window art from our illustrious crafting group leader Marie, who was also responsible for the jelly-mold mummified heads!

Halloween is our chance to showcase the fabulous work of our volunteers. Everyone who works here does it out of love for the community that exists at Hack Oldham. Our vibrant social groups are perfect for people who want to get out of the house and meet like-minded people, have fun and maybe even a board game or two!

Check out our community groups page. They are all designed to be drop-in, drop-out with no commitment. No experience is needed, and all materials are provided. And we have enough highly trained people on board so that if you do want to take it a step further and try your hand at professional acting, singing, filmmaking, 3D printing, prop-making, woodwork, or crafting we can help you achieve your aims. The sky's the limit!
